Your service calls are very important to us. That’s why we have set up a Call Center specifically for Family and Bachelor Housing. Just dial 565 HOME (4663) and our Call Center Operators will take in your service requirements 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To help facilitate your needs, the service calls separated into three (3) categories – Emergency, Urgent and Routine.
This Information Center has been developed to help make your stay on Navy Base Guam the best that it can be!
We are sure you will appreciate your quarters and treat them as if they were your own. The Commanding Officer, Naval Base Guam insists upon the highest possible standards of good management and maintenance of our Military Housing. As a resident, you are crucial to a successful and economic maintenance program for government quarters. This includes the proper care of your living accommodations, grounds and all government owned equipment and fixtures in your quarters.
