Your service calls are very important to us. That’s why we have set up a Call Center specifically for Family and Bachelor Housing. Just dial 565 HOME (4663) and our Call Center Operators will take in your service requirements 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To help facilitate your needs, the service calls separated into three (3) categories – Emergency, Urgent and Routine.

Welcome to the GFS information Center. As a local company, our team is not new to Navy Housing management, as we have managed the Bachelors Quarters operations for the past couple of years. Today we are managing the entire housing operation which includes family, bachelor and off-base housing; furnishings storage and delivery; self-help stores; and housing service calls and preventive maintenance.

This info center is part of our efforts to enhance the housing program. I encourage you to visit this site regularly for informative bulletins, general housing information and to track your service calls and preventive maintenance schedules. Keep an eye on this website for future innovations designed to monitor and improve our levels of service.
