Your service calls are very important to us. That’s why we have set up a Call Center specifically for Family and Bachelor Housing. Just dial 565 HOME (4663) and our Call Center Operators will take in your service requirements 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To help facilitate your needs, the service calls separated into three (3) categories – Emergency, Urgent and Routine.
Preventive Maintainance
Our team of technicians will be visiting you to ensure that your systems are property service as part of our preventive maintenance program.
These systems may include:
- Air conditioning systems(scheduled quarterly)
- Water Softeners (semi-annually)
- Fire Alarm Systems (semi-annually)
- Radon Mitigation Systems (annually)
- Exhaust and dryer ventilation systems (semi-annually)
Our call center will be contacting you to make an appointment to perform these services. A typical preventive maintenance call usually takes approximately one and one-half (1-1/2) hours to perform.
All preventive maintenance calls are performed Monday through Friday during regular
working hours.
